Jamie leads development strategy and owner-side project integration, helping organize the land, design, approvals, budget, feasibility, capital readiness, professional team, schedule, risk, and partner process into one coordinated path forward. His experience spans commercial real estate, mixed-use development advisory, underwriting, acquisitions and dispositions, capital strategy, and stakeholder coordination.
